Any prescriptions your virtual provider deems appropriate will be called in to your pharmacy.

$35 flat fee

Pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). We accept some insurance plans – check to see if yours is listed. If your plan is not accepted, you may check with your insurer to determine whether your visit fee can be applied to your deductible.

How does virtual walk in clinic work?

The Virginia Mason team of doctors and nurse practitioners consult with you either on the phone or via video. Simply fill out your contact details, describe your symptoms, enter payment information and enter the virtual walk in clinic.

Your visit will typically start within 30 minutes of submitting your request, and often in less than 15 minutes. A visit generally lasts about 20 minutes and is just like a regular visit to your doctors office. Your doctor or nurse practitioner will discuss your symptoms and provide you with a diagnosis, treatment plan and follow up instructions. A summary of your visit is emailed to you and your primary care provider, if you provided this information in the new patient forms. If you do not have a primary care provider, we can help you find one!

Any prescriptions your provider deems appropriate will be called in to your local pharmacy.
